HOW DO I CARE FOR MY SWIMWEAR?

To extend the life of your swimwear, rinse with cold water after each wear to remove chlorine, salt water or lotions. Hand wash only and lay flat to dry. Do not ring out your swimwear, machine wash or tumble dry. Always store your swimwear completely dry.

DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?

Yes, some items get restocked each season. Sign up to our mailing list here to be notified when your favourite item comes back in stock!

 

CAN I SHOP IN MY CURRENCY?

Yes, you can shop in your chosen currency. Simply scroll all the way the bottom of any page and select your currency from the drop down menu located in the left hand corner.

We accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna.

 

WHAT IS A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT?

By creating an account, you can securely view orders, save payment methods, shipping addresses and shopping carts, making for a faster checkout experience. You can sign up for an account here or during checkout.

 

WHAT DOES 'PRE-ORDER' MEAN?

'Pre-Order' means that the item is not yet available though that it can be ordered in advance. Not all items are available for Pre-Order, though those that are are typically either advance season pieces, special limited offer products or re-cuts of popular items that have sold out. Please remember these important points regarding Pre-Orders:

  • 100% of the order value will be charged upon order placement;

  • The Pre-Ordered item's ETA is listed on the item's page;

  • The ETA can change due to production schedules. In such instance our Customer Support will do their utmost to keep you informed and up to date;

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We process and ship orders within 1-3 days Mon-Fri on all non-UK holidays. Purchases made on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. There may be the occasional delay on international orders due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at info@lolaandlamar.com. You can also track via our tracking page here.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

If you need to change or cancel your orders, please contact us at info@lolaandlamar.com immediately. We generally process orders as soon as we receive them, and once we've processed we will be unable to make changes.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

Lola and Lamar cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you wish to seek further information regarding taxes and duties.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We offer 30 day hassle-free returns for your bikini (excluding sale items - these items are final sale and cannot be returned). The item/s must be in original condition with all tags and hygiene seal remaining in place. Item’s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Kindly try on all bottoms over your own undergarments. We reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Lola & Lamar offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost). All returns can be sent to our HQ based in the United Kingdom.

 

HOW DO I SEND A RETURN?

Requesting a return has never been easier. To initiate a return, simply go to our Returns Centre here and complete the form.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at info@lolaandlamar.com so we can urgently review the matter for you.

 

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE?

Absolutely. We are hosted by Shopify. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
