DOMESTIC ORDERS

All STANDARD ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM are shipped via Hermes courier during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Orders are dispatched from our headquarters based in London, UK within 1-3 days of payment. There will be 3 delivery attempts; if a package is returned to Lola & Lamar marked as undeliverable or unclaimed, the customer is held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges. 

All NEXT DAY ORDERS WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM are shipped via Hermes courier during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Orders are dispatched from our headquarters based in London, UK within 1-3 days of payment. This option is next business day delivery. There will be 3 delivery attempts; if a package is returned to Lola & Lamar marked as undeliverable or unclaimed, the customer is held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges. 

A Shipping Confirmation email containing a reference number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive this, please email info@lolaandlamar.com. 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All STANDARD ORDERS TO THE REST OF THE WORLD are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on the weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. Orders are dispatched from our headquarters based in London, UK within 1-3 days of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days from date of dispatch to receive your parcel in Europe and 5-7 business days from date of dispatch to receive your parcel everywhere else (times may vary according to your geographical location). There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery time frame. If a package is returned to Lola & Lamar marked as undeliverable or unclaimed, the customer is held responsible for return shipping as well as original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please look out for any delivery attempt notices and use the tracking link in your Shipping Confirmation email. 

A Shipping Confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive this, please email info@lolaandlamar.com. 

 

DUTIES & TAXES 

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by your country your order is being shipped to.  These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Lola & Lamar. If you choose to reject or refuse delivery or to pay the customs or duties fees and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for shipping costs incurred and this amount will be deducted from the refund. If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
